Seamless Interaction Design for Everyday Life
In this project the task was to redesign a particular functionality that is currently only available through smartphones or tablets to become available in the periphery of our attention. We decided to focus our work on to-do list applications. Through Contextual Interviews we got great insights into how people use to-do list applications and the paper relative. Our final concept “Toodoo” is based on both our initial research and the findings from the iterative evaluation sessions throughout the concept development. Toodoo brings the to-do list application to life by representing it in a physical form and adds a digital twist to the paper to-do lists.
Conducting Contextual Inquiries to learn more about use situations.
Presentation of the concept at an exhibition using a functional prototype and a scenario video.
